Job Description
- Leads, manages, and is accountable for Business Data Analyst(s) and Sales Admin Associate(s) in Sales Operations.
- Build, maintain, and distribute various sales reports and dashboards supporting the Sales departments.
- Responsible for Product Inquires, Samples and Demo Kits, and SPD program
- Host Sales Webinars and similar meetings
- Manage the process for onboarding and offboarding Sales Reps
- Help design and distribute mass communications for sales leadership and team members related to product trainings or other department/company updates.
- Various administrative duties to support the sales staff (trainings, credentialing, product updates, etc.)
- Various projects related to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of the sales vertical.
- Collaborate with other support teams across company departments.
- Manages Business Data Analysts and Sales Admin Associates in Sales Operations, oversees all their assignments, and provides coaching and mentoring to help develop the growth of team members.
- Salesforce CRM Administration and Support to internal and external teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field of study.
- Skill in managing sales data with industry-standard tools.
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft software programs.
- Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Salesforce, Microsoft GP and Access (preferred)
- Comfortable presenting business insights to leadership.
- Work cohesively with team members of all levels across the organization.
- Individual must be organized and detail oriented, with excellent time management skills and communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Able to work independently.
- Uses Computer, Scanner, Printer, Copier, Telephone.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week.
