CUSTOMER SERVICE-SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a Customer Service-Sales Representative to join our team at our Scottsdale location. If you are sales oriented and motivated to success, this is a great career opportunity for you. You will be managing the customer sales process in our very small Scottsdale office, by helping to walk customers through the entire process of their orders.

We have been in business since 1985. We specialize in screen printing, digital printing, embroidery and promotional products. The work can be tough, and the boss is demanding. Attention to detail is critical and deadlines can be tight, but the end result is an awesome product for our customers that we are PROUD of.

The Position:

· We are filling a mid-level customer service representative position. The pay range starts at $19.00-$22.00 an hour, DOE.

· Full Time.

Requirements:

· Must have at least two-years customer service experience

OTHER THAN CALL CENTER experience.

· Must be detail oriented, able to multitask, organize and prioritize effectively.

· Must have a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.

· Outlook, Zendesk and QuickBooks experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

· After completing your training, you will…

· Help customers walk through the entire process of their order.

· Generate custom quotes.

· Place and manage customer orders.

· Answer customer phone calls, emails, and help walk-ins.

· Communicate with other departments like artist and production department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
