Job Overview:
V-TIC is one of the fastest growing startups in the TIC industry. V-TIC Services is seeking an Business Development Manager in the Gulf Coast Area to lead strategy and execution for all upcoming market development efforts, with total ownership of expansion and growth of services. This will include utilizing existing and new connections /contacts to expand the company’s footprint, service offerings, and market share as well as development of additional market growth strategies and refinement of the new market development. The position is available for immediate fulfillment. The Area Director of Sales reports to VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Your role is to build business by identifying clients, selling services and solutions, and maintaining relationships in the Region for the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Identify and research prospects, explore industry positions and forecasts, analyze, and evaluate opportunities, and develop marketing plans.
  • Execute corporate and local marketing directives to pursue and fulfill quarterly objectives by constant readiness and implementation.
  • Maintain customer relationships from providing support, information, and guidance to gathering market intelligence, competitor knowledge and collecting debts.
  • Be a Team Player in performing all routine tasks error free and on time; including preparing various reports; update customer visits in the CRM.
  • Attend Conferences, Trade Events & Meetings to promote company products and services with self-assurance and professionalism.
  • Adapt to company needs to better serve the customer and the company, while complying with changes and expectations in the job.

You will be expected to possess skills and talents that will enable you to succeed in persuading Loss Control Managers, Traders, Schedulers, Blenders, Lab Supervisors and Managers, QA / QC Managers and other technical / financial decision makers:

  • Personality for Sales, Free to travel, Self-Motivated & Responsible.
  • Pleasant character, accepting of multiculturalism, and flexibility.
  • Make presentations and think on your feet with senior managers.
  • Technical background, MS Office, comfortable with complex ideas.
  • Simplify and explain complex ideas with confidence and persuasion.

Job Type: Full-time

COVID-19 considerations:

Normally expected and accepted cautionary procedures including use of mask, hand washing & sanitizing, maintaining social distance, etc.

1. Minimum 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

2. Minimum 5 years sales experience in the TIC sector with strong client relationships.

3. Bachelors or equivalent degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
