DESCRITPION DU RÔLE

Le Spécialiste Applicatif ERP sera un ajout au sein de notre équipe ERP interne, avec pour but le support et les améliorations perpétuelle sur notre ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, au sein de notre groupe d'entreprises.

FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

• Effectuer le support de niveau 1 et 2 pour les finance, comptabilité, payables et recevables, et gestion des accès.
• Effectuer un dépannage initial sur la fabrication, l'entreposage et la gestion de service
• Participer à des projets liés à l'équipe ERP et exécuter des tâches de projet
• Former les utilisateurs.
• Examiner les processus systèmes et améliorer les processus métier
• Collaborer avec l’analyste d’affaire pour mieux documenter les processus systèmes et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur Dynamics NAV ou Dynamics Business Central
• Expérience avec la configuration, GL, AR et AP.
• Expérience dans un environnement où des biens inventoriés sont achetés et vendus
• L'expérience dans la fabrication est un atout, mais non obligatoire.
• L'expérience en support en direct et en projet est importante.
• Un diplôme en affaires, informatique ou ingénierie dans un domaine connexe est requis.
• MB-800 est un atout.
• Capacités prouvées à prendre des initiatives et à être innovant

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The ERP Application Specialist is an addition to our interna ERP team, with the goal of supporting and improving perpetually our ERP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, across our entire group of companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute level 1 and 2 support for finance, accounting, payables and receivables, and access control.
• Execute initial troubleshooting on manufacturing, warehousing and service management.
• Participate in projects related to the ERP team and execute project tasks.
• Train users
• Review systems process and improve business process.
• Collaborate with the business analyst to better document systems process and identify opportunities for process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• 3-5 years’ experience on Dynamics NAV or Dynamics Business Central
• Experience with setup, GL, AR and ARP.
• Experience in an environment where inventoried goods are purchased and sold.
• Experience in manufacturing is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Experience with live support and projects is important.
• A degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering in a related field is required.
• MB-800 is a nice to have.
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
• Proficiency in Jet Reports an asset
