Sales Representative for New Home Sales

Location: Ottawa & West Area

The Sales Representative will handle all sales related activities and ensure a positive client experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish a strong, positive rapport with potential homebuyers
Respond to all on-line, in person and phone inquiries
Meet with and discuss options with potential clients
Demonstrate product and industry knowledge
Set up all new leads/client in CRM/ERP system
Create sales agreements and review with clients to ensure a mutual understanding
Turn over client signed APSs for signature
Facilitate the client hand off to Design Center
Responsible for updating and procuring all marketing materials
Ensure website and marketing material is up to date and accurate
Coordinate with Management team to ensure accuracy of lots, models, and pricing
Work with Management team to adjust sales strategy to fit the market and meet sales targets

Requirements:

Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Experience in custom service and sales
A knowledge of the Ottawa area housing market and familiarity of the key industry builders.
A basic understanding of the residential construction process.
Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with an office environment, equipment and software.
Some evening and weekend work required
