What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, an understanding of business-to-business sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth within the B2B space.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions for the same.
- Come up with strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and contributions.
- Represent the organization with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Attend workshops where you present your ideas and inputs.
Desires Skills and Requirements:
- Car and driving license required.
- Should be legally allowed to work Full Time. (Mon-Fri)
- Great communication skills.
- Highly organized and should have a passion for sales.
- Competitive individual with the ability to work with a team and solo.
Compensation:
- Base salary.
- Great uncapped commissions on sales.
