Job Summary:

THIS POSITION IS A 1099 INDEPENDANT CONTRACTOR. 100% COMMISSION W/ ROOM TO GROW INTO MANAGER ROLE.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in your assigned region. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business development skills, technical sales knowledge, and exceptional customer service abilities. CBD/Hemp experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and manage ongoing customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales

Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, technical sales, or account management roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed for client meetings and industry events

This position is 100% Commission. The more you sell, the more you make!! You will report directly to the VP of Sales.
