What You’ll Do:

Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and closing sales within the manufacturing and machinery sectors.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and timelines.
Communicate technical product details clearly to a diverse client base through in-person meetings, calls, and emails.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through regular follow-ups and personalized support.
Schedule client meetings and represent the company at industry events, both domestically and internationally.
Organize and manage client interactions, bookings, and sales progress using CRM tools and other software.

What You Need:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven success in business development and sales, particularly in manufacturing and machinery.
A track record of creating and implementing effective sales plans to exceed targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Thomasnet, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and close high-value sales deals.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally.
