Business Development Rep - Omaha, NE area - On-site Only
- Salary Range: 50,000 - 55,000 + Commission

- Hours: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday)
Summary: Seeking a Business Development Representative to drive business growth by generating and nurturing leads for innovative sports field solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Competitive and enthusiastic about achieving goals
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads by scheduling product demonstrations
- Conduct outbound prospecting with 50+ calls daily
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify sales opportunities
- Lead and support lead-generation campaigns
- Manage and update CRM records for assigned territory
- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
