Your Impact
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure satisfaction of current accounts. Working alongside our Sales and Marketing teams, your work will be instrumental in driving growth and maintaining LBB Specialties commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Developing New Accounts (Prospecting)
- Respond to customer inquiries: qualify customers; develop understanding of customers needs, requirements, and expectations and communicate this information to the companys management
- Follow up on new leads, markets and end user business as provided by Sales Director
- Provide marketing information: product offerings, samples, and pricing
- Obtain competitor information where possible: chief competitor, pricing and packaging

Managing Current Accounts
- Maintain or increase current accounts by defining their needs, requirements, and expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, samples, and pricing on new and existing products
- Work proactively with current customers to retain their loyalty
- Respond to customer concerns and problems

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Management
- Maintain records in e-Chempax (CRM) to ensure that correct and uptodate information on any customer inquiry is available to other LBBS divisional functions
- Justify and communicate inventory requirements based on customer and market demand
- Assist in reducing excess or dead inventory
- Follow the companys procedures for handling returns and credit memos
- Communicate ways to improve customer satisfaction

Collaborating with the companys Colleagues
- Work effectively with all other LBBS divisional functions to promote a customer focus and industry vertical business success

- Special projects assigned by Sales Director
What Youll Bring
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in science or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related sales or customer service role.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Dynamics experience is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
