Blinds To Go is the biggest window-coverings retailer in North America and we are looking for a bilingual sales specialist ready to join our E-commerce team, in our head office.
The goal is to guide the customers in their window-covering choice by answering inbound calls and replying to their emails.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- to guide customers in the window-covering choice by understanding their functionality needs, décor as well as budget
- Provide before and after-sales customer service and create a positive experience for the customer.
- Being empathetic and listening to the customers since we don’t believe in scripts; the experience needs to be personalized

SCHEDULE
Our positions are full-time and include evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
