Job Description
We're searching for an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for responding to incoming leads and closing sales. Your success is measured by the number of sales you generate through proactively reaching out and following up with potential customers. We are looking for a career-minded, goal-oriented individual who is eager to learn about the insurance industry. We will provide the necessary training and support to develop a strong understanding of insurance products and policies. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in sales, such as phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, luxury retail sales, or collection agencies. You will need to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively. A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required. Entry-level position: Hourly wage for this position for a newly licensed or inexperienced individual for their first year $16 / hour ($33,280 per year). With added bonuses, may make up to $86,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an active Property and Casualty Insurance License and 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be responsible for providing quality service to clients over the phone and email. You will also be responsible for providing insurance quotes based on the clients individual goals. Licensed and experienced, Hourly wage for a licensed, experienced individual in this position $18 / hour ($37,440 per year). With added bonuses, may make up to $93,000 per year.
Salary: $33280.00 - $37440.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base.
- Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. Close sales.
- Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Maintain phone time and sales quotas as determined by management. (100 calls/day, 10 quotes/day, 2 items /day)
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- Nevada Property and Casualty License Required
- 1+ years of sales experience (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, luxury retail sales, or collection agencies)
- Out-of-the-box problem solver
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
