Job Description

Vancouver Mitsubishi is very excited that after several years of growing our business we have a unique opportunity to hire externally for a new sales associate. Vancouver Mitsubishi is the 12,000 square foot, indoor flagship showroom for Mitsubishi Motors of Canada. We are currently looking for a Product Specialist with a valid VSA license to join our team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with a seasoned team of automotive professionals. We have a culture that is equal parts collaboration, hard work, and fun!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provides a professional, positive and energetic first point of contact for all current and potential clients
  • Provide an excellent car purchasing experience to the public
  • Utilizes Dealer Management Software and CRM tools to optimize lead and sold customer follow up.
  • Maintains regular contact and positive relationships with current, past and prospective clients
  • Assists in organizing and promoting marketing events.

Personal Qualifications:


  • Excellent time management skills; the capacity to work unsupervised as well as be a team member
  • Highly organized with the ability to get on task quickly and stay focused.
  • Must be able to think on their feet and make decisions that support customer service excellence.
  • Technology and systems savvy. Able to work with other team members to use technology and systems to help them work more effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated. Work well independently and take charge of moving things forward without needing to be given direction on every detail.
  • A valid driver’s license

Primary Duties:


  • Reach out and find customers to in the market to purchase vehicles
  • Interact with customers who walk in or call in
  • Provide a friendly face for the company
  • Buy in desirable and good quality vehicles

Compensation:

  • Appointment Base ($1100 up to $2,000 per month)
  • Volume Bonus up to $3200 per month (Just in Bonus Pay)
  • Commission pay aligned with industry standards
