With a student success rate that’s second to none and over 400 qualified leads per day, we're now looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our high-growth team and connect more aspiring authors with the resources they need to succeed.

What you'll do
We have an incredible marketing department and SDR team that sets hour long strategy sessions for our inside sales team. Your job is to maximize the conversion!
- This is a base + commission position, where the commissions are uncapped. You would be joining a team of five inside sales reps whose current 12 month earnings range from $150k to $325k.
- This is an in-person position with an expectation of 45 hours a week of availability. You have the ability to open up your calendar further if you would like on a a given week to increase your income opportunity. These hours can be quite flexible, because we have aspiring authors all around the world that book strategy sessions with us.
- Your primary KPI's for this position are close rate, average order value, and total monthly revenue.
Qualifications
- Required: At least 3 years of VERY high performance as a sales rep, minimum of $250,000 in sales of any product / service in the past, CRM & sales process experience.
- Preferred: At least 5 years of high performance sales experience (selling $250k+ per year), minimum of $1M in lifetime sales of any product / service, experience with low ticket, high volume sales (ie. $5k max sales price, 1-2 call close) rather than longer cycle B2B/enterprise sales.
