Job Summary:
Our New York branch is direct supplier of all Boba Tea Stores and restaurants , we are wholesaler and distributor of Popping Bobas, Boba tea syrups, powder mixes, None dairy and flavored powders, Jams and Teas. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in multiple languages and have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience tea or restaurant food sales or customer service preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Korean
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Boba tea and beverage sales techniques is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic technical knowledge for assisting customers with product inquiries
