Outside Sales Representative (OSR).

As our OSR must be able to recognize signage opportunities and present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner to customers resulting in closed sales orders.
The OSR personally represents the Signarama brand among our clients and prospective clients and is responsible for ensuring that each client’s branding requirements are fully met and accurately conveyed to our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships. Must be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in their assigned territory. Must act as an ambassador for the company and support prospects to lead to future sales.
- Negotiation. Must be skilled at negotiating prices, contracts, and other terms to reach agreements that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Time management. Should set goals, prioritize tasks, and create effective schedules to maximize productivity.
- Product knowledge. It's important to know the product inside and out, including its features and benefits.
- Technological proficiency. Should be able to analyze sales data, manage virtual presentations, and use mobile sales applications.
- CRM. Must use CRM to manage their contact list, track goals, and stay on top of potential opportunities.
- Meeting sales goals. Should plan their workday to account for time spent traveling and meeting with customers. (Everyday).
Other responsibilities off our Outside Sales Representative include:
- Educating customers on products and services
- Developing sales strategy
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
- Monitoring competitor activities
- Conducting market and industry research
- Resolving customer complaints
- Collaborating with the marketing department
