Holmes Academy is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling online educational certifications via telephone or online platforms to potential customers. The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to establish rapport with customers, comprehend their needs, and conclude sales to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce educational services
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and transform leads into sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable services
- Finalize sales and accomplish monthly quotas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint and expand opportunities within the territory
Requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask proficiently
- Exceptional closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Self-motivated and driven to surpass sales targets
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
