Position Overview:
We are on the hunt for a seasoned Sales Professional with a keen eye for detail (pun intended) to join our team. If you have a background in automotive detailing and a robust sales record, this is your chance to shine in an environment where your skills will be both utilized and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their vehicle needs, providing expert advice on our suite of services.
Sales Execution: Drive sales by pitching our premium detailing, ceramic coating, tint, and PPF packages, focusing on the benefits and value to the customer.
Product Knowledge: Use your detailing experience to explain technical aspects of our services in an accessible way to potential customers.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Market Expansion: Participate in local events or car shows to promote our services and expand our customer base.
Feedback Loop: Work with the detailing team to improve service offerings based on customer feedback and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the automotive detailing industry or auto aftermarket services.
Detailing Expertise: Hands-on experience with or knowledge of automotive detailing processes will be highly beneficial.
Skills:
Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A proactive approach to customer service and sales.
Comfortable with CRM software or willing to learn.
Personality: Self-motivated, with a passion for automobiles and a friendly demeanor.
