Responsibilities Include:
- Visit pre-set appointments with prospective clients to build estimates and present proposals.
- Take accurate measurements on-site and assess client needs to create comprehensive proposals.
- Explain our roofing services, answer questions, and address any concerns to build trust and rapport.
- Close deals with a high level of professionalism, ensuring the client feels informed and confident in their decision.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients as needed to finalize contracts and complete sales.
- Use company-provided technology to manage leads, track proposals, and update project statuses.
- Attend sales training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and improve sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in sales is preferred, especially in roofing or construction. Sales training or coursework is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to engage with clients and build strong relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-only role.
- Technical Ability: Comfort with measurements and estimates, as well as basic understanding of roofing services.
