Kramble Industries manufactures radio controlled electronic systems and small machines largely for the agriculture industry. Our products are used to increase efficiency and safety in the work place.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering phone calls from customers, dealers and forwarding calls to appropriate departments.
Entering orders into QuickBooks
Inside sales support including:
· Solid working knowledge on company products and services
· Quoting prices on product configurations and delivery to customers and dealers.
· Answering technical questions on product functionality.
Shipping & Receiving support:
· Receiving components shipped for servicing by entering new arrivals in QuickBooks
· Arranging shipping paperwork via post, courier and freight on new and serviced products.
SKILLS
Strong grasp of English both verbal and written
Confident & polite communication skills.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude
Strong typing and data entry skills while talking on the phone
Must possess excellent organizational skills to streamline workflow and prioritize multiple tasks.
Able to work at a steady pace managing interruptions and distractions.
Able to work independently to achieve assigned duties and tasks.
Able to build relationships with company staff, customers and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience taking orders over the phone and entering orders into a computer system
High School Diploma or GED or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Proficiency with order entry and invoicing software (QuickBooks preferred), MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Work hours 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
Work onsite in our office in Saskatoon only.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
