Since its inception in 1980, Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in the design and manufacture of custom solutions in the mobile, industrial and oil and gas OEM markets. With offices across Canada, we are currently looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Kamloops, BC.
The outside sales team is crucial to the success of this organization. It begins with motivated, dependable and excited employees.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of the sales strategy and planning to include customer target accounts, prospecting, sales leads follow up and maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded through the delivery of technical advice and support, troubleshooting and providing resolution to inquiries as they a rise.
Qualifications/Experience
- 5 years experience as an outside sales representative in an industrial environment.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulics/fluid power preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management, networking and account strategy capabilities in a diverse multi-account environment.
