Account Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for an organized and motivated Account Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and managing accounts. You will be tasked with identifying customer needs, creating solutions, and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. You will use your strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and knowledge of the industry to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts, maintain relationships, and identify customer needs and requirements.
• Generate new business, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure customer loyalty.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and other software to document customer interactions and create reports.
• Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and other relevant software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
