Job Summary


The Resident Marketing Manager is responsible for both assuring the marketing standards and promotional planning is in place for the account portfolio. This includes assisting in managing the promotion of new food concepts and seasonal ideas and supporting new business openings in the region for exposure to the corporate initiatives. The Resident Marketing Manager will work closely with the corporate marketing department to ensure revenue, customer satisfaction and FLIK marketing/merchandising goals are met. A background in foodservice is preferred as you will be supporting FLIK's Food Service Sector at multiple local accounts within the Atlanta market.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Help support operators in their monthly marketing through site visitations and account reviews.
  • Analyze and report on progress achieved on defined communications strategies and objectives.
  • Assist operators with merchandising efforts across various marketing channels and physical outlets to showcase our hospitality offerings effectively.
  • Develop quarterly marketing review and results slides for quarterly business reviews.
  • Issue quarterly reports that summarize the efforts of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials, displays, and promotional activities maintain a consistent and polished appearance, aligning with our brand standards and values.
  • Help develop strategies for promotions by working with the operators to increase revenue.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with Compass IT to help manage content on external customer facing web-sites and technology solutions.
  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing Director for on-going seasonal marketing promotions.
  • Create and develop marketing materials as needed.
  • Perform additional marketing projects as tasked, related to business development and account openings and support for the region.
  • Assist the marketing department in sales development strategies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of Marketing and/or Hospitality Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing advancements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong merchandising background and attention to detail.
