Our company is growing rapidly and we're on the hunt for a highly motivated Online Sales Representative. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment. You'll be the driving force behind our online sales, creating a first-rate buying experience for our customers. Your duties include finding leads and conducting the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, resolving client issues, and participating in any required training.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through various online platforms.
- Present and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving any issues promptly.
- Engage with customers through emails, live chat, or social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online sales campaigns.
- Regularly collect and analyze market trends and competitor data.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Collect customer feedback and using it to improve product or service offerings.
- Track and record activities on accounts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure the online store is always up-to-date with accurate product information and pricing.
- Work closely with sales, engineer, customer service, and product development teams to enhance sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in online sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and strong negotiation skills.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
