This role involves overseeing a team responsible for customer communication and managing product-related tasks, focusing on the Washington state territory.
[Responsibilities]
- Lead outside sales efforts for windows & doors products
- Manage a team including a product manager for effective customer interactions
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive sales in the Seattle market
[Qualifications]
- Experience in outside sales, specifically in window and door sales
- Knowledge of brands like Anderson, JELD-WEN, Ply gem, Simenson
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Commission-focused and driven to succeed
