Nature of Work:

This person will work with the Colorado Rapids Ticket Sales and Service Department, as well as some responsibilities across the other sports teams within Kroenke Sports and Entertainment to coordinate and execute business strategies to help maximize revenue for the Colorado Rapids and Kroenke Sports and Entertainment.

Examples of work performed:

  • Assist Account Executives with building ticketing links, order taking, and game night preparation for the Colorado Rapids.
  • Collaborate with Membership Services Department to help plan and support annual Season Ticket Member events and activation.
  • Support the Membership Services and Group Sales Department with gameday communication to clients.
  • Support Management team and Account Executives with lead generation and CRM organization.
  • Develop sales collateral for all Colorado Rapids ticketing products utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
  • Coordinate with DICK’S Sporting Goods Park staff to book meeting spaces and execute events.
  • Assist in developing ticket sales reports that will track progress towards annual and long-term goals.
  • Coordinate sales events, group activations, and other in-stadium and external ticketing events.
  • Assist Management staff by creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track department and individual Sales Representative progress towards annual goals.
  • Assist management team with daily operations as needed.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • Work schedule will include some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum

o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

o Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards

  • Preferred

o Experience in Ticketmaster ticketing system and Microsoft CRM preferred

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Adequate knowledge and skill to successfully log, organize and present information.
  • Ability to coordinate event preparation, set-up and reception professionally.
  • Ability to multi-task and priority management skills.
  • Adequate knowledge and skill to provide quality customer service.
  • Some college or university coursework completed or combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge & skill with Ticketmaster ticketing system and Microsoft CRM.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

  • $19.23 hourly
