Looking for a service centric sales representative in Rancho Cordova for a wonderful client.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for serving customers by selling products; meeting customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and working in a team environment.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for serving customers by selling products; meeting customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and working in a team environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Sell products and/or services to meet the customer's needs
- Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers they come in contact with.
- Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs, both existing and potential clients
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur
- Follow company cash, credit, and check process procedures
- Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at the point of sale
- Complete training courses or classes assigned by management to maintain proficiency outlined in the job description
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and quarterly portfolio
- Work closely with other departments to make sure the customer is getting the correct product
- Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Qualifications:
- Two years sales specialist/agent experience
- Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Able to take direction and follow instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Preferred knowledge in auto parts
