Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Sales Cloud V2 Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of our SAP Sales Cloud V2 solution, ensuring seamless integration with our existing SAP landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other key systems. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Sales Cloud V2, sales processes, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations and drive business growth. This is a remote role than can be based anywhere in the US.
Here's What You’ll Get to Do
Lead SAP Sales Cloud V2 Implementation:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Sales Cloud V2, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure alignment of the SAP Sales Cloud V2 solution with the overall CRM strategy and business objectives.
- Develop and oversee the project plan, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
Integration and Collaboration:
- Work closely with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other integrated system teams to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Develop integration strategies between SAP Sales Cloud V2 and other business systems, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within sales operations and configure the SAP Sales Cloud V2 to support these enhancements.
- Monitor and optimize sales processes, ensuring the solution meets evolving business needs and improves user experience.
- Drive adoption of SAP Sales Cloud V2 among the sales team through effective training and change management initiatives.
Customization and Configuration:
- Customize the SAP Sales Cloud V2 solution to meet the specific needs of the organization, including custom fields, objects, and workflows.
- Ensure that the solution adheres to best practices for data security, user access, and compliance with company policies.
- Stay up to date with SAP Sales Cloud V2 updates and new functionalities, implementing relevant features to enhance the solution’s value.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP Sales Cloud V2 users, resolving issues and addressing enhancement requests.
- Maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work with the SAP Director to develop a roadmap for the SAP Sales Cloud V2 solution, aligning it with long-term business goals.
- Represent the SAP team in cross-functional meetings, providing insights and recommendations for leveraging SAP Sales Cloud V2.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- Ability to travel 25-50%
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM solutions, with a focus on SAP Sales Cloud V2.
- Proven track record of managing SAP Sales Cloud implementations, including project management experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other SAP solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud V2 configuration, including business roles, workflows, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or other integration tools for connecting SAP systems.
- Proficiency in SAP SDK and knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and UI customization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- SAP Sales Cloud certification is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications are a plus.
