Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team. The ISA will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify leads
Build and maintain a database of potential clients
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships
Set appointments for real estate agents
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
