Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDC/CCC (Business Development Center/Customer Contact Center) Manager to oversee our service and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive BDC/CCC management, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, optimizing sales opportunities, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the BDC/CCC team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and service appointment setting, follow-up, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as call volume, appointment rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train, coach, and mentor BDC/CCC representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to align BDC/CCC efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually optimize BDC/CCC processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in BDC/CCC management within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and service goals, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing BDC/CCC operations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
