Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and driving sales in the solar and construction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and account management

- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients to present our products and services

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise

- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales or account management.

- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
