Our Emerging Talent Sales Training Programme begins in May 2024 and we're looking for individuals who want to develop a career in sales. And where better to do that than in our renowned Sales training programme. To start with you'll have 4 weeks extensive training to build up your product knowledge, system training and most importantly your sales technique within our award-winning sales team.

  • With an initial $45,000 base salary
  • Realistic first year earnings of $70,000 uncapped!
  • Fantastic benefits package
  • Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm No evenings or weekends!
  • Based right next to Union Station!

We will work with you to develop your skills and train you to ensure you are confident to sell the services that Peninsula has to offer. This role will enable you to earn large amounts of commission on top of your basic salary!

So, you're interested?

Here's some information on the role…

You will be calling business owners/decision makers to discuss their current business situation regarding their HR and H&S systems, and to then promote Peninsula's services which includes our BrightHR people management online software solution.

The aim of these calls is to schedule appointments for our field sales team to visit the business and close the sale you have introduced.

Using our Salesforce system, you'll have access to huge amounts of data to call through and start building relationships, keeping the systems updated with your work as you go.

What's an Open Day?

Candidates who successfully pass the screening stage will be invited to attend our Open Day on May 1st at our head office location! Candidates will develop a deeper understanding of the position by meeting with management, participating in role playing exercises, having the opportunity to ask questions, and ultimately get to see what a day in the life of an Inside Sales Representative at Peninsula entails!
