We are seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter with their purchases and inquiries.
*Responsibilities*
- Outfit First Responders for Uniforms
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
- Supervise and support other team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Management
*Skills*
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Strong understanding of retail math principles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to sell products effectively
- Knowledge of store operations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, kneel and bend for extended periods during the day.
- Ability to lift and carry items to restock inventory daily.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
