Inside Sales Representative

Lubker Distribution Inc., a family owned industrial supply distributor in West Chester, PA is seeking candidates to join our sales team in the position of Inside Sales Associate. This position focuses on providing support for our inside and outside sales representatives and will work both directly and indirectly with customers to enter orders, coordinate scheduling and perform administrative functions. Our ideal candidate is proficient with computers and software, goal-oriented and has strong written and verbal communication skills. If you have exceptional organizational skills, draw energy from being part of a team and demonstrate the flexibility to handle unforeseen challenges; we would like to meet you. This position can also serve as a starting point for recent college graduates to gain experience in sales and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via email or phone
• Communicate with customers as required to obtain order information or to answer queries

• Maintain sales and customer records
• Serve as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office.
• Participate in strategic sales meetings to identify and develop new sales opportunities
