Reporting, BI and Data Migration BA Intro:
We are seeking a senior level Reporting, Business Intelligence and Data Migration Business Analyst for a 6-8 month contract role, with a strong possibility of extension. The successful candidate will support our ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, focusing on data migration, reporting, and BI workstream development. This role is remote, but candidates must be able to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Reporting, BI and Data Migration BA Job Details:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, documenting, and coordinating deliverables associated with data migration, reporting, and BI workstream. This includes mapping, cross-workstream integration across functional, technical, test, and ERP solution design, ETL cycle, and supporting data migration deliverables. You will also be expected to create visualizations to help develop dashboards for ERP.

Reporting, BI and Data Migration BA Mandatory Skills:
The candidate must have strong analytical business intelligence and data migration skills, with a focus on reporting. Experience with ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics is essential, with a clear understanding of the financial and operational components of the system.

Reporting, BI and Data Migration BA Desired Skills:
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, with excellent communication skills. They should be able to work well within a team and be accessible to all members of the project. Prior experience working in a mid-sized company would be beneficial.
