Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager at Meaningful, you’ll be the driver of our growth strategy. You’ll help identify and connect with clients who value the power of branding done right. From building relationships with CMOs and CEOs to developing creative pitches, your role is to open doors and help us partner with brands that are ready to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads: Proactively research and connect with prospective clients in industries aligned with our expertise.
- Build strong relationships: Cultivate long-term connections with CMOs, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
- Create compelling pitches: Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to craft winning proposals that demonstrate Meaningful’s value.
- Pipeline management: Maintain and update the business development pipeline, tracking progress and measuring success against goals.
- Market insights: Stay informed on industry trends and challenges to identify opportunities where Meaningful can make an impact.
- Represent Meaningful: Be the face of our agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role—preferably in branding, marketing, or creative industries.
- An understanding of brand strategy and a passion for storytelling.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural problem-solver.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for Meaningful’s mission to humanize brands.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
