Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective clients in the local area, focusing on homeowners and business owners.

- Sell comprehensive service plans that provide protection, insurance claim assistance, disaster recovery, and home restoration.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure repeat business.

- Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential through commissions.

- Stay up-to-date on the various services offered, including hurricane protection, flood recovery, fire damage restoration, and more.

- Conduct follow-up meetings to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Attend regular training and sales meetings to stay informed about industry trends and company updates.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales (experience in home services, insurance, or disaster recovery is a plus).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a high level of drive to succeed and hit sales goals.

- Ability to learn quickly and understand the details of disaster recovery services.

- Must be organized and able to manage multiple clients and leads at once.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus but not required.
