ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Intern located in the Mississauga, ON office. This position will report to the Business Unit Manager. Hours would be part-time during the school year and could include full-time during the summer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ø Greet employees and visitors.
Ø Provide administrative and clerical support.
Ø Processes and organizes documents including preparing bids.
Ø Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Ø Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Ø Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment.
Ø Code and submit vendor invoices to Accounts Payable.
Ø Prepare materials for Installers for daily pickups.
Ø Perform other administrative functions as directed.
Requirements:
Ø 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in fast paced environment
Ø Currently enrolled in college
Ø Professional appearance.
Ø Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ø Solid computer skills and familiar with MS office products, Word and Excel.
Ø Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
Ø Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Ø Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.
Ø Ability to work well under pressure.
Ø Positive attitude.
Ø Flexibility in school schedule to allow for in-office work during regular office hours
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
