We are seeking a Client Onboarding & Customer Success representative to join our team here at AgentAI. This position is ideal for someone seeking to gain early-stage startup experience working closely with and learning from founding members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer support inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive team to coordinate onboarding activities and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and training materials for clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients post-onboarding to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, with a demonstrated track record of taking initiative to address client needs and drive results.
- Self-motivated and organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working at a SaaS startup or technology company is a plus.
- A track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
