Job Description

F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative for its Londonderry, NH location.

Responsibilities:

  • Profile existing and potential customers (sales volume, size, type of business, discipline)
  • Outreach to customers to discuss new business opportunities in current or new disciplines; if a new customer provides overview of F.W. Webb and our offerings
  • Identify and document the potential business needs of the customer
  • Communicate business leads to the appropriate branch manager
  • Periodic follow up with branches on the outcome of the business leads
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Working knowledge of voicemail, e-mail, excel, word, internet and web browsers.
  • Strong Sales aptitude required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and quality orientation. Demonstrate an ability to create a positive FW Webb experience during every customer contact.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
