Elite Performance Center is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences within our 48,000 square foot health club. Duties:

- Welcome and engage with members and guests as they enter the facility

- Provide detailed information about our club's amenities, services, and membership options

- Assist members in selecting appropriate membership packages based on their fitness goals and needs

- Process membership sign-ups, upgrades, and renewals accurately and efficiently

- Ensure the sales area and reception desk are organized and tidy at all times

- Actively promote additional services, such as personal training sessions or group fitness classes, to enhance members' experiences

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and sales operations

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting

- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating membership fees

- Proficiency in English language, with additional languages being a plus

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their fitness goals
