- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Planning related areas (Master's degree is a differential)
- 5 years or more of experience in Planning related roles
- Desirable APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
- Content presentation
- Written and verbal communication
- Stakeholders’ relationship management (Project Management / Materials Planning / Workshop Planning / Tools Planning)
- Commercial / product knowledge
- Project Schedules
- Manpower Planning
- Primavera
- SAP PS / SD / MM / WM (the last more specifically for Inbound / Outbound Deliveries)
- Process / Governance Design and Maintenance
- QHSE Fundamentals
- Lean Thinking / Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals
- Local Planning / Business organization knowledge
- Global Planning / Business Organization knowledge
