Greenway Carriers is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in the trucking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service. Organizational Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Compensation & Benefits:.
- Base Salary: Competitive, with uncapped commissions.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+ for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive new business growth while maintaining and expanding current accounts.
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to enhance sales performance.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong B2B sales skills with a proven record of success.
- "Hunter" sales mentality – driven to pursue and close new opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the transportation industry and trucking operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the transportation sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
