Elements of Restoration is looking for a Sales Superhero who can literally sell anything! We are in need of an energetic part-time sales representative to help with the growth and sales operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to generate new business and relationships under pressure in a competitive industry. This person should be comfortable working independently with a great personality.
Familiarity in property management and/or water restoration a plus, but not required. You will need to be comfortable providing potential clients with cost estimates of the products or services we offer.
Responsibilities Include
- Being knowledgeable about the product and services offered
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience in sales, particularly in outside sales and B2B environments
- Ability to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Proficiency in using technology for sales and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and presentation creation skills
- Valid driver's license for travel to client locations
Skills Required:
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry products
Compensation is based on a hourly flat rate with 5% sales commission.
