Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records using established sales systems, including scripts, KPI’s, daily role play, daily plan, daily meeting, and end of shift reports.
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and client care calls
• Meet with prospects and members
• Greet members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Accurately follow daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
• Respond to emails and customer care call backs
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Follow up with prospective clients
• On-board new clients using Client Intake Forms and Agreements
• Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled
• Sell all products at Beyond Physical
• Establish and maintain an effective referral program
• Resolve customer issues and complaints regarding sales and service
• Direct sales through company-required outreach programs
• Attend and participate in all relevant Beyond Physical training programs

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for fitness
• A desire to grow and hustle
• Must speak French and English fluently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
