Fiesta Auto Insurance is seeking a Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain customer relationships, educate customers on insurance coverage, and provide exceptional service. No previous experience is required - we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed!

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Establish and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service
Educate customers on insurance coverage and make recommendations
Process payments, renewals, and policy changes
Market and promote our agency
Perform clerical duties such as data entry and handling calls/emails

Requirements:

Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License
Open to learning and achieving excellent sales records
Preferred: Bilingual
Must have reliable transportation
Availability: Monday-Sunday with flexible hours
