Are you passionate about gardening and hydroponics? We’re seeking a full-time Hydroponic Retail Sales Coordinator to join our sales team! If you have hands-on gardening experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sharing your knowledge with the community we want to hear from you. As a key support to our sales operations, you’ll help ensure smooth processes, assist customers, and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of sales events and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
- Support the sales team in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hydroponics or gardening experience
- Tech Savvy
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
