Job Description
The Customer Support Representative connects with customers through various communication methods to assist with current needs and help determine future needs.
- Follow-up on open quotes to close the sale.
- Follow-up with "bleed customers" to determine:
- Why business is down; provide follow-up via email.
- Current product needs; provide follow-up via email.
- Follow-up with "graveyard customers" to determine:
- Why business is down; provide follow-up via email.
- Current product needs; provide follow-up via email.
- Act as liaison between the customer and their assigned Inside Sales Representative.
- Assist in the review of open orders to ensure upselling opportunities are executed.
- Contact 2 customers post-sale to gauge satisfaction levels and report findings to the Director of Inside Sales.
- Assist E-Commerce by processing orders as needed.
- Provide acquisition support to branches.
- Perform other responsibilities as requested by supervisor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to understand verbal and written directions.
- Ability to lift and carry to 15 lbs.
- Ability to repeat motions.
- Follow all safety policies.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.
