Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

Inbound Calls: Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant information on insurance products.

Policy Recommendations: Create personalized insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements.

Sales Growth: Identify sales opportunities and promote insurance products to meet client needs.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely assistance.

Requirements

Licensing: Possess or willing to obtain an Arizona Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.

Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.

Professionalism: Represent the agency with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to service excellence.

Local Candidate: Reside in or near TUCSON, Arizona, and demonstrate a commitment to the local community.
