What You’ll Do:
Inside sales has one goal – Top Line Revenue Growth. We’re focused on adding new accounts and driving revenue for the company. On the inside sales team, you’ll be following up on inbound leads and closing new business.
- Work the phones and close sales, cold calling
- Follow up with inbound leads
- Offer fantastic solutions that our prospects want, need, and actually use!
- Meet and exceed sales quotas
What You Need:
- A positive attitude and a desire to achieve results
- A desire to build a career in sales
- Ability to navigate search engines, CRM’s, and other basic computer functions
- The ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions, and solve problems
Ideal Candidates:
- Individuals who are trainable/moldable, want to grow with the organization and build a career there, ability to take instruction and also work independently to create their own solutions.
- Strong customer service (ie. worked in retail or customer facing jobs in the past)
- Ability
- Self-starter, motivated and has initiative
- Money motivated, will start having the opportunity to earn commissions after 3 months
